Developed in conjunction with Derby Royal Infirmary standard features of the CSIS Oncology Suite include referrals, initial assessments, careplans and care programmes all integrated as part of the work flow. CSIS Oncology has been developed as a modular system in order to operate within the multidisciplinary nature of cancer care. Each module captures basic episode detail including symptoms, history and treatment giving a holistic treatment view supporting the physician in reaching their ICD10 diagnostic coding.
At the very core of the CSIS Oncology applications is the key treatment module for Chemotherapy. CSIS will allow users to set-up their own regimens, to modify them as necessary (under security control) and to administer them. Prescriptions can be produced directly from within the application.
The system also includes a comprehensive reporting system giving key stakeholders immediate access to management information. The software comes with a suite of pre-prepared reports, or alternatively users may generate their own using the supplied reporting tool.
CSIS oncology is compatible with the Compucorp Web architecture and can alternatively be delivered as a Web Portal. The web portal is fast, clean and efficient to use with special consideration given to preserving the look & feel of Microsoft Windows applications, making it instantly familiar to administrative staff. From IT managers perspective, the web-portal is likely to be the preferred solution, removing reliance on virtualised solutions, lowering costs whilst centralising application management.
