INFO is a case management system specifically designed to record the various classes of Incidents relating to family and child protection, with particular attention being paid to the people involved.
This includes an individual's role in the incident, their associations to each other and a powerful "Automatic Search" routine designed to cross-check throughout the application to highlight involvement in any previous incidents.
This gives officers access to the information they need to effectively support their communities in dealing with repeat offenders.
The development of INFO was the result of collaborative work between Compucorp and Lothian and Borders Police.
INFO is extremely scalable, based around the powerful Oracle database, with fast, smart indexing and searching giving instant access to data and complete stability in a multi user environment.
