MAISY Oncology system was developed in conjunction with Derbyshire Royal Infirmary (Cancer Centre). Originating with Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy treatment modules MAISY incorporates Head & Neck, GI Surgery, Gynaecology, Haematology and Lung modules. Full patient administration is provided with treatment histories, diagnosis details and staging information.
Each department can have its own clinically rich patient information system, integrated into full Oncology management with a single core patient record. Advance Chemotherapy Regimen management provides safe and controlled prescribing.
GI is just one of the specialty modules available, others include Head & Neck, Lung and Gynaecological cancers. Each module captures basic Episode detail from symptoms to history to treatment intent to ICD10 diagnostic coding.
At the very core of the MAISY Oncology applications is the key treatment module for Chemotherapy. MAISY will allow users to set-up their own regimens, to modify them as necessary (under security control) and to administer them. Prescription can be produced direct from within the application.
