Text Box: Police Officers can now create HOLAB Submissions via their INTRANET, thanks to SETS Web-Portal.  Authorisation and budgetary control is maintained by Crime Scene Managers.  Instant approval for the submissions is also available. This product is being marketed to all UK Police Forces in a drive to ease the administrative burden of complex forms.

Text Box: The INFO product has been successfully implemented in a number of forces allowing the tracking of individuals involved in incidents relating to Domestic Violence, Child & Adult Protection. The application is also used in the disclosure unit and Force Control Centre to provide fast and accurate searching of any involvement.  The drive to share nominal data is also supported by INFO with data export available for the ‘IMPACT’ national index.

Text Box: The MAISY products targeted at various specialties within the Health Sector continue to expand.  ‘Drugs & Aids Services’, part of the EHSS based in Dublin who have used MAISY over the last few years have recently expanded their use to include appointment scheduling and integration with Laboratory Test results. The ‘Laboratory Test Results’ integration was achieved by using an XML messaging (web-services) server.  This XML server uses SOAP protocols to communicate with other third-party systems, sending and receiving patient test results.

Text Box: A new version of MAISY Oncology has been designed for Southern Derbyshire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.  Compucorp have now completed re-development of the MAISY Oncology for the Cancer Centre System.  The new version of MAISY Oncology is designed to use the Microsoft  SQL Database Management System.

Text Box: Kent Constabulary - Scientific Services choose SETS

Text Box: Kent Scientific Services have recently signed a joint contract between BT and Compucorp. It was essential from the Kent Police's point of view that they had a solution that would not only provide the functionality that they required but was also provided by a company that had integrity and the best interests of Kent Police at heart.  Kent Police carried extensive research into the market place, looking at various offerings before deciding upon Compucorp as their supplier for a forensic exhibit tracking solution. Kevin Cox MD for Compucorp said, “Having worked very closely over the past four years with the Hertfordshire Constabulary to develop a cradle to grave solution, it is good to know that we are providing a well rounded application that will not only provide the CSI’s an input, capture and Management Information solution but will allow other users the opportunity to gather intelligence to increase detection rates.  We look forward to working with the Kent Police and hope to continue to have the same successes that we have had with the Hertfordshire Constabulary”.
