Tavistock Relationships are the leading counselling and psychotherapy service for couples and parents in the UK. The centre provides counselling and psychotherapy services to couples and parents throughout London. The Compucorp team worked with Tavistock Relationships to replace an array of manual systems with a dual purpose CRM and case management solution to manage end to end client interaction.
An integrated platform to support the entire organsiation
The solution needed to support not only the client interaction but also room and appointment bookings, HR management, finance and complex reporting needs.
Compucorp enhanced the CiviCRM platform, creating a new room booking and management module with calendar views of room availability. These resources are then seamlessly integrated to the case management system and online booking platform, all based on the Drupal platform.
Compucorp integrated a 3rd party reporting tool and created a suite of management reports, giving information from room utilisation to appointment numbers and client debtor positions.
